WorkNest aims to solve the fragmentation in HR operations by consolidating key functions into a single, intuitive web platform. HR professionals typically manage several tools to track attendance, payroll, and recruitment pipelines, resulting in inefficiencies and data scatter.
The goal of this project was to redesign the HR experience with a clear information architecture, dashboards that surface actionable insights, and simple navigation across modules. The platform provides a streamlined interface where HR teams can review employee details, monitor attendance trends, manage payroll cycles, and track recruitment progress—all from one cohesive system.

Things I Did

Analyzed HR workflows across attendance, payroll, recruitment, and employee management to identify pain points.
Mapped user journeys for each module to understand how HR teams interact with the system.
Built a clear information architecture to organize data and reduce navigation friction.
Designed dashboards, tables, and module screens in Figma with a focus on clarity and consistency.
Created responsive layouts and reusable components to maintain a scalable design system.
Developed interactive prototypes to validate flows and test functionality.
