Designed the end-to-end flow for a 'Ride Streak' feature to address user churn and increase daily app engagement. I architected the core logic for streak progression, developed a coin-redemption system (coin-burn) to drive value, and designed recovery states to maintain user motivation even after a broken streak. The project demonstrates a balance between business retention goals and a frictionless user journey.
